Hey guys, Need some help. I’ve been trying yoo print AND relatively unsuccessfully. My first layer keeps printing like the attached pic and it ruins the rest of the print. I’m using an Anet A8. Any help would be much appreciated!

Nozzle is to close to the bed.

Ensure the bed is leveled well, and z-height is correct and make sure the x-axis is straight. The nozzle is getting too close at points and compressing the layers, causing that pattern.
You can place a piece of paper under the nozzle at multiple points on the bed, you should only feel only a slight friction.

Looks like your Live Z is too high. Raise the nozzle from the bed a bit. What appears to be happening is that your so close, its pushing the material in front of the nozzle and you are getting the wavy result.
