How to tell is the Ramps board is good or not?

REPRAP test code drivers the LEDs.

I can control the heater on the nozzle.

Motor driver has .93 v to ground - won’t go any lower.

Motor pins only 2B has 3.6 v the rest are mV thus no holding power either.

Using new motor drivers also.

I tried connecting a Long stepper motor driver (not normally used in 3d printers) to the stp and dir pins directly on the ramps x axis and no stepping there either but the motor is powered as I can’t move it with out a decent amount of force.

HELP PLEASE!

Never mind. I had the motor drivers in backwards. aagh
