I am from the Pittsburgh, Pa. area. I’m looking for someone that can design a CAD program in the area. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance!

Are you sure you need someone to design a CAD program or are you just looking for someone who can design a part in a CAD program? CAD programs are very complex and are almost always a large team effort executed by very skilled engineers… there are many freely available CAD programs such as fusion 360 or onshape that many people know how to use to design a part, but very few people know how to code a program for CAD. Hope this helps!

Fusion 360 and Sketchup are good. There are many other options as well. As far as designing a CAD program - that would be a major undertaking and really kind of pointless considering how many are available unless you were to do it for some niche area.
