I think it’s a possitive thing that you can take your printer offline when you go on Holidays.

However, sometimes it has happened to me that clients that try to look for my Hub when I’m out and they get crazy trying to find it on the list or reviewing previous email notifications to contact me. I don’t know what really happens, if the Hub is erased from the list or blocked somehow, but I think it could be better if the client could have a little more information. So, my suggestions are:

- In the “Printers and pricing” tab, allow users to select the reason why the printer is taken offline (holidays, printer breakdown, personal…) and the expected date to go back online, or at least aproximately (in a few days, weeks, months, unknown…). Maybe even include the option to set a timer, and take it back online automatically.

- In the Hub selection page, instead of making the offline Hub disappear (I believe this only happens when you own just one printer, but still…), make it clearly not availiable, but visible, including the information gathered from the Hub itself when the printer was taken offline (reason and expected opening date, just as a normal shop would leave a note on the door). Maybe in the form of a countdown as well (offline since…, online in x days).

I think customers would really appreciate these changes, and Hubs as well. Hope you can make something about it!

Greetings,

Lucía

@Lucika29 We agree! We have the same issue all the time when we go offline for short times. This would be a great addition!
