I feel like the site I am on now is completely different from what I signed up for about a year ago. I think the changes are a great thing, and that this site is getting better everyday. :slight_smile: I only have one more change I would really like to see made. I wish that we simplify the feedback options even more… As a hub I think that if the part/parts are printed within the time frame given by a hub, and shipped with a tracking link uploaded,… that the option to leave anything less than 5 stars “on time” be omitted… We cannot control our shipping companies (No matter How Hard We Try lol) Thank You for reading I would love to hear some feedback…

Yep, the system could use a few improvements. I ordered a print from a hub that never followed through. I had to contact 3DHubs support to get them to respond after several days. I got a refund, but now I am unable to leave feedback because the print job is still listed as active. So, in this case I can’t give a negative review for a hub that deserves it. The rating system has issues for both parties.
