With what can i connect my PC to my 3D printer. What to use? How? What should i use so my printer can read the gcode files from my pc? Please help

Apologies @Blackwidov, I should have explained the reasoning behind my q: if you tag your thread with the type of printer you own, this will automatically trigger notifications to all owners on the platform of that particular printer. This in turn will most likely result in a (several?) helpful answers
