I listed FT-5 and  it shows online on my end, but I cannot receive jobs for it or find it or any other FolgerTech FT-5s listed

I listed my newly built and tested FolgerTech FT-5 printer with a build volume of 300x300x400mm I have eight plastics listed in two different PLA categories, but when I upload a large print my hub shows as incompatible. but also when I try to do a refined search for Folger Tech Ft-5s it shows the printer listed but when you click the link none show. I thank you very much for your time and help and I was not 100% sure where to post this question. @gabriela3d

Hey @Iceman24k, I’ve just tried uploading a couple of large cubes and your Hub is appearing as intended. I am guessing that you were uploading a file that is exactly the size of your buildplate. We do take 10% margin off each printers capabilities, because we did notice that many Hubs are uncomfortable printing items that are the exact size of their buildplate. If the print is slightly smaller, you would appear in the listing.
