Hubs Perks not working

Is anyone else having a problem with the Hub perks? Every time I try the Proto-Pasta code it either gives me a code that is invalid or throws up an error saying it can not generate a code.

Anyone else having this problem?

Hey @3dpGeek, sorry to hear you’re having problems with the Hub perks. Is it still not working? I can try to look into this, but if the problem still persists, I would also suggest contacting customer support.

Yes I am still having the problem. I emailed Customer Support back on September 23 about the problem and never heard back.
