Beware other Hubs: you get your Hub removed without warning, if you have had to decline some orders! In my experience on 3D Hubs many stl files can be pretty bad with lots of errors or appear very faceted. Also some very fine details and too thin sections can’t be built. This would result in poorly built parts or failed builds, unacceptable to the customer and a bad reflection on the Hub.

Therefore some orders are declined. 3D Hubs need to take this into account and give the Hub a chance to explain before removing the Hub instead of taking the Hub offline and asking the questions afterwards.

Thank you for reaching out about this, please don’t be alarmed, you were suspended by mistake on our end.

We have fixed the issue, and you can now bring your printers back online in the Printers & Pricing section of your settings.

An email should have been sent out yesterday with further explanation and a formal apology. If you didn’t receive this, please let me know so I can investigate this.

Our sincere apologies for this inconvenience.

Best,
Maddie - 3D Hubs
