How long has there been a little label in the comments box in orders that says “HUB” or “CUSTOMER”?

Was there some Hubs or Customers confused as to which one they were?

With all of the feature requests, serious server issues, etc going on how is there a label telling hubs they are hubs when they comment in case they forget?

I’m actually curious about the logic behind this and if there was a reason? My best guess would be customer support related?

Because on the right hand side of the page, either the Hub or the Customer can click a button that will call in Customer Support from 3D Hubs and they will need some way to read and understand the conversation in case it isn’t completely obvious. They can actually join in the messaging too and when they do, they get their own label.
