I try to activate my Hub. I’ve printed Marvin Keychain, uploaded photos to my profile but marvin senior robot keeps saying “I noticed that you didn’t add a photo of the print yet. It’s required to download the STL file from the “print files” section above, make a print and upload the picture of the print using the “add more photos” button above this comment. Could you please do this? In the meanwhile i’ve changed the status back to printing again. Just let me know when you need help, I’m happy to help!”
So I wrote to support but still no response.

Hey @PacRadomes , I am sorry. There’s a mix-up in the system and it doesn’t clarify the process too well. We’re on it! Just upload the Marvin picture on the Order as well : above the comment section (by clicking on the white plus in the green background) and we’ll review you as soon as possible :slight_smile:
