How to initiate a new project without any file

Hi to all,

Since today, the new webpage for requesting a print is now following a workflow.

So now, you need to have a .stl or .obj file to print to get in touch with a hub.

How to select a hub and make an enquiry on a project then ?

May be this will reduce the hubs visibility and potential business or worse push the customer to get in touch directly with a known hub.

It kind of keeps hubs from receiving orders for lithophanes, since those are created from jpg files. A shame.
