How to easily get prints off print bed

Hi, my problem is that my prints stick too well to the print bed. I use painters tape and I still find it extremely difficult to get the print off the bed. What can I do?

what type of material are you printing with? Settings?

Sorry for the late reply. I print with PLA on a non heated print bed. I use a Bukito printer. It’s so hard getting the prints off and I feel like I’m going to end up breaking the bed since it is so hard getting it off. I print at around 200-220 Fahrenheit.
