Ok - I feel dumb. A customer has uploaded an image to an enquiry, and I want to download it. But clicking on it opens a viewing box. Right clicking only lets me download the link (ie the whole page).

How do I download an attached *.PNG file?

Figured it out - in Chrome. Not super intuitive.

Opening the link or image directly in a new tab doesn’t work.

But this does:

  1. Right click on the thumbnail and select “Copy link address…”
  2. Open a new tab, paste address in address bar. This will download/open just the image. Which can then be saved.

Thanks, also works in Firefox!
