Hey guys, I’m experiencing some issues with my Flashforge Creator Pro. My bed was levelled until one day of the screws stripped and pushed the bed up on one side. When I got the printer, it seems like the other two screws were already tightened to the limit, so I can’t manipulate those.

So, what I want to do is loosen all the crews a bit to relieve the tension.

Is there a way to change the home position of the bed on the z plane? Not in the slicer software, but in the actual printer. How do I lower the bed down? I’ve tried several things, but the bed returns to the original position…

Please post detailed instructions.

Thank you

you could move the end stop. Or make a part that triggers the end stop at the position you want the bed.

Make or get a shim like we use for adding a glass plate to the bed. You can find one on thingiverse for the FFCP and could then scale its height in the Z down to make it the proper thickness and then print.

Really though, if you have stripped screws or other issue they really need to be fixed or you are not going to get good prints.
