to what exactly are you trying to add it? your software or your printer?

have you printed this before, couse if you haven’t you must check if your printer has a hardened nozzle

First go to your Dashboard, and in the Menu on the left click “My Printers”. In your printer settings, click the dropdown arrow next to the picture of your printer. This should open up your printer settings. Next, look for where it says “Add another material (optional)” From here, you should be able to type in whatever type of material you want (in the text box), regardless of whether or not the material is in the system. I hope this helps!

Thanks for the help but it’s doesn’t work for me. The “+Add” button is disabled if I type the name of a material that isn’t in the system.

Hey @3DCla, we’ve just deployed a fix for this. Please reload and let us know if you’re still having trouble. Sorry for the inconvenience!

Hi @gabriela3d, I’ve just tried to add a material not listed but the problem still exists. I’m on a Mac with Safari 9.0.3 or Chrome 48.0.2564.104 (64 bit)

Oh no, sorry for the trouble! This is a bug we’re trying to fix at the moment. @FrancescoB, can you let us know the status on this one?

Hey @3DCla, we’ll be able to add the material by tomorrow morning. I’ll give you a heads up when done. Thanks for the patience.

Done! Let me know if you can add it now

@gabriela3d Now it’s works, perfect! Thank you very much!

Hi Gabriela,
