How do you add services and change response time?

I would like to know how to add services and change the response time.It automatically set it at 12 hours and I don’t know how to change it.

Hey Zac,

Response time is automatically calculated based upon your actual average response time. As for services, you can list your specialties in your Hub profile and if the customer requests it you can add it as a line item in the order. Hope that helps!
