Hi, I was not able to print a Marvin to my standards and communicated to the fake customer that I was unable to provide it with a quality print and canceled order because that’s what I would do if it were real life. The verification says it’s still “in progress” and the order page talks about “asking them to review this order” but I do not see any buttons for that.

Does anyone know how I can progress past this now that I’ve tuned my settings and am able to print an OK Marvin?

Hey @CraftCastiglion, now that you’ve tuned your settings, you can go ahead and print a Marvin and upload photos of it to the order page. This will alert our team so they will be able to review it. Hope that helps!

Hello, I still haven’t seen any progress on my Marvin getting reviewed. Is there anything I need to do on my end again? I’ve looked again and haven’t seen anything obvious that I might have missed.
