I do not understand what I am supposed to do to download stuff to print. Can someone tell me what I should do? I only can print the cat on my monoprice mini 3d printer. What do I do next?

There are multiple websites out there including this one. Use a search engine to find free 3d models or you can use a program like fusion 360 to design your own.
