How do I contact anyone? I am interested in Eric’s hub, but I see no way to reach them or find out where they are. Lee Davis in Belen

If you click on his profile (hub), you will be able to contact him by starting an enquiry.

When you’re browsing all local printers, you can’t only place an order at the hub that you’ve selected, but you can also click on a green text saying “VIEW PROFILE”. If you click on this, you’ll get to the hub page of that specific hub.

This is the strangest system I have ever seen! I need a rifle part to an antique rifle printed (so I can fit new walnut stocks to it), and all I need is a phone number so I can call and ask “can you scan my item and print it for me?”. What if I didn’t have a computer? How does someone reach a person with a 3D printing business? I am asked to upload ‘files’ in order to make contact, but all I have is a chunk of metal. It is 10" x 3" x 1 1/4"… is there anyone that can handle this for me? (and, by the way, I need many of these… in different varieties). Lee Davis 505-948-0571

You can see some more information if you click on a Hub.

As Marius said, you can click on the green “view profile” button to go to their Hub page.

Then you can “contact this Hub” by clicking on the button on the top of the page.

If you already have a model you can also upload it to “get a quote from this Hub” to see the prices.
