Hi all, I’ve got an order that I need to cancel as I need to make some pretty decent modifications before I send to the Hub owner.

I’ve discussed this with the owner of the hub that I began the order with and he’s cool with it. I can only find an option to pay, not to cancel. How can I go about doing this?

This means that the hub owner has already accepted the order. To cancel simply post a comment under the order requesting to cancel and check the “I need help from 3D Hubs Support” box.

As a customer there is no “I need help from 3D Hubs Support” box. I really like the site but this interaction seems wayyy to difficult and cumbersome.

I agree, it should be nice if you put a “cancel order” option. My printer inserted a new price, after checking my model, that was double of what I see prior to sending the order. So I don’t want to do it under new price.
