From time to time, products have horizontal plates inside and outside the product. The geometry looks fine. Are there any people who have experience with this? And even more beautiful a solution?

Hi DV dvdweerd.

Are the Plates part of the design?

If not! these might be from surfaces in the original cad model, which were not suppressed or deleted before exporting to STL .

Hey that looks like flashing, but its a bit hard to tell from the photo. Was this printed in matte or glossy? It may be best to do this in Matte and change the support grid style to standard instead of lite. You also may need to recalibrate your UV lamp. Let me know if this helps.

Hello,

Thanks for your response. the plates not part of the design. I will forward your remarks to the drawing office.

Hello, thanks for your response! the product was printed in matte. I will try your suggestions and inform you how that works!

Hi DV

If you want too? You can load the STL file to my hub and I will have a look & print the part if on inspection it is ok!
