Hi sflores, it looks great. Could you perhapes share a 3Dmodel?

Oh, the waiting!

Hi. This is a brief update ot yesterday’s casting. Even when it was hollowed, it is a little bit heavy, 20 grs. We used the same resin to cast it.

Next step would be polish and some other finishig.

I will post final results later.

Guys this is impressive! How long does it take to deliver such a Marvin, process wise?

Hello. Well thank you. Printing Marvin took about 3 hours to complete. Then, I had to cure it with UV light, I left it for a day. After this, we placed on the “casting tree” with some other pieces in Wax, that is about 5 minutes. Then we placed the Satin Cast investiment, this process takes one night to get dry. Then we oven the this gypsum for about 6-7 hours, then we cast. We have filed the piece, let say 10 minutes. We will polish and maybe we will give a diamond cut. The entire process could take maybe 4 complete days, nevertheless, we take about 2-3 weeks to complete all the process.
