I have a creality cr-10, and I replaced the throat with an all metal swiss micro hotend and a hercules hardened nozzle, now when I print in PLA every time the nozzle moves to the next layer it leaves a small hole, I tried turning the degrees up 20 degrees hotter, and the extrusion multiplier from 90 to 100, and the retraction down to 1mm, but no matter what settings i change these holes will not go away. Before i replaced the nozzle and hot end, it was printing perfect, all the prints looked like they came from a factory, now i get holes everywhere everytime the nozzle moves up a layer
