Hi, had my printer for a couple months and aside from minor fails everything has been fine. Other day my thermistor just up and broke. I replaced it with a spare and it read 140 degress on start up. I restarted and got mintemp error. Thinking it was a Faulty replacement thermistor. Luckily I had a spare pre-wrapped heater and thermistor. Installed them and now when I power up the LCD display is solid blocks. I’ve removed the thermistor and heater cart, put the old one back in. Left it overnight with no power, multiple restarts. Nothing I’ve done has changed the solid display. Is there an undocumented board reset or have I bricked my board? If so how do I avoid that in future since I was grounded and board was powered down. I normally use Cura so I mess with send commands, although that wouldn’t make any difference since I can’t connect to the board via USB anymore. Any suggestions?
