Hi,

First 3d printer and I was having fun putting it together until I got to the heating bed carriage…

It seems to be too big for the rails… did they send me the wrong part?

Maybe your end extrusions need to go inside the side rails, make the ends of the front and back cross bars but up against the side rails instead of how you have them. This would give you a little more width.

Hi , Yes i have the exact same problem, wondering what you done to amend the issue as i believe it was an error in the Hictop printers design.
