i’m having this little problema with my printer and i’ve tried everything.

This same thing happens to me when the edge of the print starts to lift off of the build plate. do you get the same result with and without a raft? from your pictures it seems like it always happens towards an edge.
i rotated 90 degres on the Z axis so my printer takes another path putting down the first layer
Z lift is 0.3 mm under restraction settings also. Only rectract on open space is unchecked on simplify 3D
