I have a CTC replicator dual that was working fine until it stopped in the middle of a print and have not been able to get it to print since. I was using Makerware 2.4 and upgraded to 3.0 and upgraded firmware to 7.5. I have checked all connections and for loose parts and it all looks fine. I keep getting errors like this in the service log. 2016-11-18 09:08:37,743 | ERROR | Dummy-8:8648 | EepromReader.py:47 | EepromReader:__init__ | Could not find C:\Program Files\MakerBot\MakerWare\python\makerbot_driver-0.1.1-py2.7.egg\makerbot_driver\EEPROM\eeprom_map_705_0x00.json.
the x and y axis shutters when trying to print and then the print fails. it acts as if it is confused. I have tried to upgrade the firmware to sailfish, but it doesn’t recognize the usb (com 3) line so I can’t upload. tried calling manufacture but phone is disconnected. lucky me. can anyone help me with this problem?
