Help Replicator 2 won't print temp/extrusion problem

I’d like to know if some of you could help me i din use my replicator 2 for long a time, and i can print anything could you tell me wich software do you use and wich profile ?

I’ve changed the head cuz it was dead now when i print with makeware thé temp is at 230 ° and i cant print anything. However when i load PLA it extrudes normally

When i load PLA (makebot’s one) it extrudes normally and the head is New so the problem is not the head Si I pretty sure I need someone printing profile si I can print again (and maybe software ) cuz at the moment it prints at 230° and no PLA is extrude Thanks
