CAn anyone help me? I’ve attached a picture of my print. Every print I do comes out like this and I can’t figure out why.

I’ve played with most of the settings and it keeps happening. Any clue what I can change? Layer height is the main one I thought was affecting it but my layer height is .15 and it shouldn’t look like this.
