It could be
Nozzel temp to low
the bed hight might still need a bit of calibrating
the nozzel throught has a tethlon pipe in it and over time the pipe burns and aventualy turns browny black and shrinks a little bit so the filament is harder to get to the nozzel so you might have to replace the hot end throught
