Hello all
Well im completely ne to this world and it all seems a bit daunting, but im also incredibly interested and would really like to be a part of the 3D printing community. Essentially what im asking is for help on how to get started, what i need and what i need to start learning. if anyone could spare the time that would be great.
Thank you for reading.

Talk Manufacturing | Hubs I’ve commented on how to increase your learning curve in the thread above. Basically you’d first need to get yourself a printer, anything from 1k to 2,5K should be your starting budget for that. You can also get along with printers for 500€, but you’d likely face more limitations and problems. Anything below 400-500 is probably too cheap to be reliable and enjoyable. Just go ahead and get yourself a printer that fits your needs (what do you want to do with the printer?). The 3dHubs printer guide may help you out too. I’m currently unable to dig out the link, but @Gabriela3d will be able to help you out. The topic is too big to explain everything, so it’d better to ask some specific questions and if you have some example projects that you want to realize, then it would be easier to recommend a printer that’s best for that need.
