I’ve been trying for a while now to get verified and it says that i need to Finnish my profile info, so i go there and i figure its got to be that i don’t have a header picture because thats the only thing not complete. i try uploading a 4678 × 1423 picture (1.7meg) but it says it’s too small. last time i checked 4000 is greater than 1100. help?
Hey @LabyrinthTech, I’ve just rescaled a marvin picture to exact dimensions you gave me and it worked well for me. Curious why it didn’t work for you. You can see that picture added to your profile now. If it still doesn’t work could you share the image with me so that I could make it work?
