I have a Hatchbox Alpha. All of the files on the 2 GB disk were erased. I then added a g-code file, as I always do, so I can print. When I put it into the Hatchbox, nothing shows up. But when I put it back into my computer, I can see the file.
Do I need all of the files that came on the 2 GB disk to be able to print everytime?
I had this same problem. Turns out that there’s something wrong with the crappy SD card. Every time I placed files on the card and ejected it the files disappeared. I could see the files before ejecting it then I could immediately place it back into the USB adapter and see that it was blank again. I had another one on hand and had no issues with it.
