I have a Hatchbox Alpha and lately I cannot get ABS or PLA (the only kinds of filament I have) to stick. For whatever reason unknown to me, the filament constantly runs out of the nozzle, and while it may be slow, it is annoying because every 30 seconds there is a bit of filament i have to scrape off the nozzle. The filament also doesn’t seem to stick to the bed as I have adjusted the Z coordinates, I have adjusted temperature up and down on both the bed and the nozzle, and I have cleaned the glass to look like new. I have tried on heat tape, painters tape, I’ve tried using glue, and I’ve tried using hairspray, yet I cannot get the filament to stick as it just curls up around the nozzle. Any thoughts?

If you’ve done all those things and it still doesnt work then i’d say it has to be your Z offsets. Clean off the bed really well and use a peice of paper between the nozzel and the bed. You want some resistance, but you should be able to pull and push the paper back and forth, if you cant it is too tight.
