Advert your 3d printing capabilities to friends and family. Print a smartphone case for a friend, that way he is passively advertising your hub (if he gets asked, what kind of case that is). Do you have some other hubs in your area? You could tell your friends to request 3d prints via 3dHubs instead of asking you in person, that way you get some reviews and higher ranking to get you started. 3dHubs isn’t a website to make that big of a profit with, mostly because not that much people know about the capabilities of 3d printing and your hub. Also it might help, to have a unique possibility with your hub. Either 3d modeling, scanning or a wide range of materials, can help to attract customers. Cheers, Marius Breuer

Hi Jose,
I decreased the price of my hub to get the first orders. (you can check the prices of other Hubs near you
Right after i did. There where orders on a weekly base. Once you get a good rating you can Increase your price again.
But. I noticed people are looking for the cheapest price.
I reacently bought a form1+, but didn’t get any order on that machine yet.
Good luck!

Hey @purplese7en , it’s of course the best feedback that is given by your fellow Hubs.
The way I see it is there are two sides of this -
1) is to stay relevant on our platform - perform your prints fast , make sure that the customers leave a great review, add pictures of prints that you’re most proud of on your Hub profile and update your profile picture as well
2) Second depends very much on the community that you’re based in. If the demand is there , the orders can grow organically as well , but you might also need to make some relevant groups aware that you can provide the service. Mostly like Marius said - get some prints to Design or engineering students , make them aware that this is possible. You can visit some fairs for making and give out your business card forwarding to your Hub
Any events/ fairs coming to Miami anytime soon @toymaker2? Discussing with other Hubs in person and checking their approach on how to Hub should be interesting at this point for @purplese7en.
