That’s great! I’m having a problem with manufacturing FCS materials. However my files are printed perfectly with only one vendor. Every time I placed an order, I used to e-mail customer service to send my orders directly to the vendor. Now they told me that vendor has some printer problems and can’t print my files (more than a month already). This vendor used to have some special post-production cleanup method that makes prints look amazing. So I want to speak with them so that I can e-mail your CEO (who already responded to my twitter) and tell him everything and maybe he can help me out. However I am a business partner and I cannot just e-mail Peter and tell him to find out everything on his own…

The best advice I can give to you is contact customer support and ask them to print your orders with the best vendor… I don’t know which vendors they send you to in the USA as I am from the Eindhoven office, but try asking them to speak with the Eindhoven support as they can ask my colleges that do the scanning for the best vendor so far. I know where you come from by saying it isn’t the quality you hoped, as I also have some prints that where terrible. Also as a little bonus: Say to them not to do it at Quickparts, as they aren’t the best.

I thought I made it clear… I have been doing that for some time. I’ve been telling them to place an order with that specific vendor. And now they’re telling me this vendor has a problem with printers…

I understand all prints won’t be same quality but this tremendous difference between orders is not acceptable.

When I first came to Shapeways I used to contact Chris Keltjens from Eindhover. Do you have her contact info? I was told she had left…
