This scanner is nice as a handheld gimmick with 0.35mm resolution, but for a cheaper price you can get a much more accurate scanner with 0.1mm resolution,

It’s the difference between a overall flat shape and a detailed shape.

of it was around $ 600,- I might have considered it.

That’s a good deal, but I already have my own :slight_smile: Great scanner for faces and statues/sculptures. I picked one up after seeing them at CES 2015. The new cloud based scanning software is a tremendous improvement!!
