Hey Trey_Zhou,

Im not aware of any printers that can print foam, but I know it is possible to create moulds. These can then be used to create foam ear buds, which may have custom designs.

You can print molds for silicone and foam parts like earbuds. This is possible on most of the 3Dprinters available.
