Hello, I currently have the old Flashforge Creator Pro(upwards swinging door), and I’ve recently upgraded to a Dual Flexion Extruder(One HT), and at first all was well, but recently, I’ve been having issues with jamming. the raft prints perfectly fine, but after the first or second layer of the print, the stepper motor starts clicking, so I unscrew the setscrew on the cam for the Flexion Extruder, and it goes away. But by that time the extruder has stopped, and the filament has jammed. In picture one, is an example of the failed/jammed, print. In picture two, is what I pull out when I push the jam through the barrel(the bulky end was towards the bottom). Thanks!
I’ve now fixed the problem with the jamming by simply moving up the barrel in the mounting block, closing a gap between the PTFE tube and the inside of the barrel.
