I can print them in Ninja Flex if that will suffice? Should be possible to make it before Friday as well, if you can pick them up youself?
However, I can’t be certain before seeing the parts. How is the geometry? Is it easy to print?
I dunno if its easy to print, asI have never printed before. But i can send you an STL-file, and you can deside for your self
Would be very greatfull it you can help me out. Andwhen you have seen the file you might be able to give me an estimated Price as well ?
just checked out ninjaflex on youtube… it’s not the material im looking for. I need more like LDPE or PP

What kind of flexibility are you looking for?
As far as I know LDPE and PP are difficult to print and usually avoided. Besides they are not really considered flexible in the sense that they’re not rubber’y.
I have Ninjaflex aka. TPE (Thermo Plastic Elastomer) which is rubber’y. Or ABS, which is in the same range of properties as LDPE and PP, but I wouldn’t normally consider that flexible.
I will have a look at the part and get back later.

Hey Henrik,
I replied to your enquiry but I don’t know if you saw it. I’ll post it here as well.
We have both TPE and PCTPE. TPE is a thermoplastic that I can “increase/decrease” the flexibility of with different thicknesses and in-fills. PCTPE is a nylon blend that is about midway between TPE and Nylon in flexibility.
PCTPE is more expensive than TPE, TPE I currently have in white and will soon have it in black. I can order it in pretty much any color you want. PCTPE only has a natural kind of opaque color to it.
I can get it done by Friday

Hi Henrik,
Depending on what you find out about the choice of material, if either of mine work then just submit the job at my hub so I can check out the file. Then I’ll give you a price asap. Or you can attach the STL here, in the comments.
Cheers
Thanks for all the responce. Let me clearify something: The object I would like to print, is a small flat object, 2mm thick. I’m looking for a printing material with propperties like LDPE plastic. If any of you know “Knudsen Kiler - Styreklodser” wich are made in LDPE, then you know the bending propperties and flexibillity I’m looking for. Not rubber-like material like Ninja Flex.

I see where you are going and in that case I would suggest conventional ABS, which is the same as Lego bricks. If anything it’s the best alternative I can think of, that prints well.
Otherwise I could suggest BendLey which is ABS-based but slightly more flexible. However, it isn’t as easy to print and delaminates quite easily… also, I don’t have it myself so you should find someone else who has it at hand.
