Flexible filament printing problem

I am printing with 1.75 mm flexible filament.
It starts fine but after some time it starts doing this-

My printer is working fine with PLA. But with flexible it does this.

my printer settings are-

Can anyone tell what the issue is.

Turn off the cooling and speed up the retraction speed.
