I bought a Flashforge Finder recently, finally set it up and having issues with Windows 8.1 detecting it. I was able to connect to it via WiFi, but I can only push the firmware with USB. I selected the right printer in Flashprint 3.13 (also tried the version that came with the printer), but still not detected. Windows sees the printer under hardware and shows no driver issue.
The reason I want to upgrade the firmware is to see if it will help with resetting the bed leveling probe, it’s only been about an hour of total set up and now the probe is backwards, seems to think the bed is already level, but when I try to print the hot end crashes into the bed.

I manually leveled the bed and started printing the cube sample that is on the internal memory. I checked Flashprint again and found that the printer is now showing up under USB and was able to connect as well.
