The printhead on my FlashForge Finder is making a grinding noise when it gets to certain points along the X axis - it seems to be someone determined by where it is along the Y axis, but not exactly the same spot. It’s somewhere near the front middle and front left when it happens. If it’s during a print, it aborts. I was able to reproduce it with the manual movement. When the printer is off, the head moves freely and nothing seems to be binding. It’s freshly lubricated. It’s not happening near any edges. This is right out in the middle of the print head. Here’s a link to a video, if that helps: Dropbox - FlashForge Grinding.MOV - Simplify your life

This printer has about 1,000 hours on it.

x-axis cable has been worn out.
