FlashForge Finder "Distance too small"

The printer is not a week old and it’s been printing amazingly without any problems. Now I went to level the plate and it’s saying “Distance too small” I can’t tighten the screws anymore… When ever it prints now it looks like the head isn’t close enough to the bed for it to stick to it. Please help… I provided my last print so you can see the detail it was printing at.

Hi Nick_Crasci I have the same Problem lile you and I wanted to ask you if you have solved the Problem so you can help me out with my Flashforge Finder

I updated the printer and then it fixed it self. I was kinda pissed for a while, I manually adjusted the printer and worked good. Work only after I updated it and it fixed it.

Hi guys, i managed to solve the issue. Looking on here and on other forums it seemed to be a firmware issue. I downgraded the firmware from 1.5.20161014 to 1.3.20160317 by unistalling FlashPrint 3.14 and reinstalling FlashPrint 3.10. FlashPrint 3.10 uses the 1.3 Firmware and i used this to downgrade the firmware on my Finder. After doing so the problem has been solved. Hope This Helps!
