Recently, we got a 3d printer in my class at school. We have been having issues with prints not sticking to the bed, and uneven extruders. We haven’t been able to print from the right extruder and have been printing from the left one in PLA, we heat it to 190 degrees, and the bed at 40 degrees. Any tips?

Hi,
With your bed temp I would set it for 60 degrees C 40 is a bit low for PLA and might be the reason that the prints are not sticking upon the first layer.
Also regarding the uneven nozzle height, my flashforge is having the same issue. You need to adjust the heights of the nozzle.
First of all you will need to print this item MK10 Hotend Leveler by MakerUnit - Thingiverse then watch these You Tube Videos for guidance for adjustment of the nozzles. How to level Mk10 extruder nozzle difference? - YouTube
The metal tool used in the video is the same as the printed part.
Hope that helps your out.
