Hi,
When I hit the print button on my Dreamer, the screen goes white and the machine re-boots?
Had been printing fine
Please have a look at the video.

Faulty or poorly seated microSD card on the mainboard.

The sd card on my FF dreamer is fixed with a glue. Not sure how old the device is, but I guess it may not be poorly seated. So it could either be faulty or the firmware itself is faulty. Not exactly sure how, but I remember when connecting via USB and the Flashprint SW you can update the firmware . Maybe you should give it a try.

Otherwise I’d recommend contacting the FF support.

As others have mentioned the obvious place to check is the internal SD card which holds the firmware bin file. When we added Micro Swiss All-Metal Hotends to our Dreamers we had to roll back the firmware to allow the machines to heat to 260 so I’m sure the internal SD card is accessible to the end user. Flip the machine on it’s back and remove the bottom panel. You should then see a metal clasp holding the micro SD card. Remove it, check contacts, then reinstall ensuring the card is seated properly. Before putting the bottom panel back on turn the machine on, heat it up and start a print to check if your issue is resolved.

If this doesn’t fix the issue it could be a problem with the main board, however that’s something you’d have to contact Flashforge about. Good luck resolving your issue!
