Hey Guys, I am using a Flashforge creator pro and simplify 3d. I slice a file and go to print and the printer doesn’t print the part where simplify 3d says its supposed too. Please help ASAP. Thanks.
Pics would be helpful. And even though it may seem obvious to you what do you mean by it won’t print where it says it should? What exactly is happening?
What printer profile is selected in S3D? Have any modifications been made to S3D like start script etc. or to the printer?
The first thing to try is to reset S3D by going to the help menu and finding it there then re select and set up the printer.
I have reset the printer to factory settings and that didn’t work. The printer is printing more in the center when in simplify 3d I tell it to print at the edge.
Your going to have to explain or give pics because I don’t know what you mean by “I tell it”. How are you “telling it”, what are you “telling it”?
Remember, what seems obvious to you sitting in front of the printer may mean nothing to us. We need a blow by blow of what is being done and why the result is not what was expected.
I position to model in simplify 3d on the right. I slice model and put on sd card. When the printer prints it,it prints closer to the center not where it is positioned to.
Ok, what printer profile is set up in S3D?
I am using the Flashforge Creator Pro profile. I have uploaded it in Google Drive and attached the link here. Please let me know what you find. Thanks.

Can’t access it now but will try later when on a different computer.
Another thing that may be useful since it is S3D will be to upload the factory file. This gives all the settings etc. and can be useful to see what is up. You can create it from the file menu.
I think that is what I link I posted is. I uploaded the factory file to google drive since 3D Hubs doesn’t allow you to attach it here. Let me know. Thanks.
Ok, I’ll try to look tonight. Didn’t get a chance yet. I can’t access where I am during the day. We are too locked down.
