We’ve had the Flashforge Creator for two years now, and one day while preparing a print, the little LCD screen went out and the buttons no longer seem to do anything. The power supply still appears to have a green light, so I’m assuming that’s working correctly, but when plugging in the USB cord with a PC, the machine is not recognized by the PC. Pressing the buttons in the order that would normally start a build from the SC card doesn’t seem to cause anything to happen. Are there any troubleshooting steps that I can try? Does anyone know of replacement parts I could order and from where?

I’d assume that the controller on the lcd went out? You can get a replacement directly from Flashforge USA for pretty cheap.
