Hi

I have had 2 orders in a row where the startup cost is 9-10 times of what i have saved with my printer

customers see one price but once the order is placed the startup cost is automatic bloated by a factor 9 or 10

and of course i can edit it nor can i give a discount so the price is correct… i can only add extra cost

why does it happen? and can we as hubs do anything so we dont have to wait for 3d hubs to help us?

the error was found

for some odd reason the system defaulted to € and that made the price be about 10x what they should
